Q. Can I see the fabric before purchasing?

A. Yes, we provide free samples.
You can also see it at showrooms and exhibitions (reservations required).


Q. What is the unit of sale for the fabric?

A. 1 piece = 50cm. You can order from 1m (2 pieces) and add more in 0.5m increments.

Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long does it take to deliver?

A: We will ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
(Depending on the region, it may take about a week)


Q. Do you ship overseas?

A. Yes, international shipping is possible via DHL.
Shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. When I enter the purchase quantity, I get the message "We don't have any more in stock."
It says this, but is it really out of stock?
Also, for the item that is displayed as 3 items left, are there any other items in stock?

A. Even if you cannot add the desired quantity to your cart, the item may actually be in stock.
Please contact us and we will check the stock status.


Q. Can I purchase it in rolls?

A. Yes. The length of the roll of fabric varies depending on the product number and lot, so please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

A. We accept credit cards, convenience stores, bank transfers, PayPay, and Google pay.


Q. Can I get a receipt?

A. Yes, it will be issued as a PDF. Please fill in the form when ordering.
