TENCEL™lyocell fibers
TIPICO has been paying attention to TENCEL ™ since its early development stage.
We have been working on material development for over 20 years.
At the time, domestic processing methods had not yet been established, and there were many difficulties, such as "high fuzziness" and "difficulty in dyeing." However, through repeated cooperation with Lenzing and processing plants, we now offer and produce a wide variety of products, from thin to medium thickness, including TENCEL ™ blends.
The wood used in TENCEL ™ is a cellulose fiber made from wood pulp (mainly eucalyptus) obtained from sustainable forests. Its production consumes 10 to 20 times less water than cotton, and 99.8% of the solution and water used can be safely recovered and reused, making it an environmentally friendly material.
It is highly absorbent, smooth and soft, and gentle on the skin.
